Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping on all orders over $65.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@taylorstopshelf.com and we'll make it right.
